How can I check the status of my order? Top
To check your order status, go to our website and click the "Track My Order" link in the top right-hand corner of the page. You will be asked to enter your order number and the email address that is listed on the account. Then click “Show Records” button.
 
Can I cancel or change my order? Top
In an effort to keep costs as low as possible, Alltech Print is a fully automated, self-service web site. As we state on our web site and throughout the checkout process, orders may not be changed or cancelled once submitted. We apologize for any inconvenience. We hope you understand our need to keep our costs at a minimum and our turnaround times fast, in order to continue to provide you with the best value in the printing industry.
 
The order I received is not complete. What do I do? Top
If you have received your order and believe that it is not complete, please review the details of your order to verify that all items have shipped together. Please contact Customer Support for assistance.
 
How do I re-order? Top
To reorder a product without any changes or edits, please sign into your account. If you are already signed in, click the "Track My Order" link in the top right-hand corner of the page. Then search for the product that you want to re-order by invoice number. After that click the “ReOrder” link and follow on screen instruction.
 
What methods of payment do you accept? Top

Alltech Print accepts the following payment methods on our secure site:

Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover Card

Check or Money Order payments are only available to customers whose banks are located within the United States.

Checks or money orders must be made payable to Alltech Print, Inc. and forwarded to the following address:

Please note that If you choose to pay by check or money order, your order will be processed once we have verified that your check or money order has cleared.

 
Can you send me a bill? Top

Alltech Print does not provide billing at this time.

In the event that a credit card payment is not possible, we do accept checks or money orders that are payable in US dollars. This option is available from our billing options page at checkout. We do not make arrangements for C.O.D.

 
Can I receive samples of your products? Top
Yes! You can request a FREE sample kit. This kit includes a variety of Alltech Print products. You can request a sample kit by clicking here.
 
Which products do you offer? Top
Alltech Print offers a wide variety of customizable, full-color quality printed products at the best prices. We offer office products from business cards to letterhead; marketing tools such as postcards, flyers and brochures; and personal products including invitations, announcements, holiday cards, and calendars. What paper stock do you use? Top

Alltech Print recognizes the importance of quality to your business image. We use only premium quality card and paper stock.

Business Cards: Premium 14 pt. or 16 pt. Matte or Glossy card stock

Postcards: Premium 14 pt. or 16 pt. glossy card stock.

Letterhead: Premium Opaque Smooth finish 70 lb. Bright White text stock.

Brochures & Flyers: Premium 100 lb. Glossy Book or Cover stock.

Envelopes: Premium Smooth finish 70lb. Bright White #10 Envelopes.

Calendars: Premium 100 lb. Glossy Book stock.

Greeting Cards: Premium 14 pt. Glossy card stock.

 
What printing process do you use? Top
All of our products are printed using a four-color (CMYK) process. We use state-of-the-art, ink-based presses, resulting in unlimited color combinations and optimum print quality. We also use digital press for short run order.
 
When does my turnaround time begin? Top

Turnaround time begins the next business day once the proof has been approved by you.

Also note that if we are unable to print your files because they do not conform to Alltech Print’s file requirements, your job status will be put “On Hold” and your turnaround time will be reset.

 
Does my turnaround include shipping? Top
Turnaround time represents the business days required to produce the approved artwork. Shipping is based on the method selected at the time of checkout, and is not included in the turnaround time.
 
What are your shipping costs? Top
Shipping and processing costs vary by the weight of your order and by the turnaround time you select during checkout.
 
Which shipping methods do you use? Top
Our primary method of shipping is via UPS. But we also use FedEx or DHL. For shipping to a PO Box, we use USPS.
 
Do you offer rush delivery service? Top
Yes. We offer rush shipping. We're sorry, but rush shipping cannot be selected if shipping to a PO Box. Processing times are estimated for continental US. Alaska and Hawaii may take longer.
 
Can I arrange for my own shipping provider/courier to deliver my order? Top
At this time we are not able to accommodate such an arrangement.
